PRODUCTION PROCESS
Working Principle ("Underwater Scissors + Conveyor Belt" Model):
Cutting : A large, depth-adjustable cutter (typically a row of rotating drums with sharp blades or scissor-like blades) is mounted at the bow. It penetrates the water and severs the weeds at the root or stem.
Collecting: The cut weeds are collected by rotating weed reels or collecting arms and carried into a collection chamber in the hull. This large collection chamber is usually located forward of the deck.
Transporting : A conveyor system within the chamber continuously transports the weeds backward and compacts them.
Storing: The weeds are transported and stored in a large storage chamber at the rear of the hull.
Unloading: When the storage chamber is full, the boat sails to shore. A hydraulic system raises the chamber (or opens the bottom), and a conveyor belt unloads the weeds directly to a transport truck or storage point on shore--a rapid and continuous process.
